Dr. Wolfgang Friedt, a Scientific Advisor to Phytola, was awarded the Eminent Scientist Award at the 14th International Rapeseed Congress in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which took place July 5 to 9, 2015. Dr. Friedt has been with Phytola’s Scientific Advisory Committee since early 2015 and we are grateful for his commitment to our research activities.
Based at Germany’s Justus Liebig University Giessen, Professor I.R. Friedt works in the Institute of Agronomy and Plant Breeding and has authored more than 200 scientific publications, making him one of Europe’s top experts in the field of oilseed science.
We congratulate Dr. Friedt on this well-deserved recognition for his achievements in the field of rapeseed research and technology development.
